What your organization gets
Your site on LocalTrial
A page for your organization on localtrial.com, with every study you are recruiting for, your locations, and how to reach you. On your own domain, if you like.
A landing page for every study
Written for patients, in plain words: what the study involves, who can take part, where and what to expect. Ready to share on social media, by text or in print.
Online pre-screening
Your own questions, answered before your team calls. Candidates confirm their phone number with a code, and every answer is kept exactly as it was asked.
What volunteers see
A site's pages on LocalTrial, in that site's own logo and colors. Yours match your brand the same way.
A page that makes the case
Every study gets a page written for patients, that reads as well on a phone as on a desk. The button to apply is never more than a thumb away.

Your studies, and applying in a minute
Everything you are recruiting for in one place, narrowed by location and by who can take part. Applying takes a name and a phone number; your questions come next.

A network that grows with every site
Volunteers who come back
Every volunteer who applies through a LocalTrial page, at any site, keeps an account of their own. As more sites join, someone who applied to another site's study last month is one tap from applying to yours.
- One profile, every site
- Volunteers confirm their phone once. Their details fill in every form after that, so applying to your study takes a tap, whichever site they came from.
- No duplicate applications
- One person, one application to your study. Someone who applies again finds where they stand, not a second form, so your team never calls the same person twice.
- Studies for them
- People tell LocalTrial what they are looking for and where they live. Your studies are suggested to the ones they fit.
- Followers
- Anyone can follow your site from a study page, and see your new studies first.
- New studies, weekly
- Coming soon: volunteers who asked to hear about new studies get a weekly or monthly text when ones that fit them open near them.
- Saved for later
- A study someone is not ready for yet is one tap to save, and still there when they are.
Every site, every study
Local volunteers, one list
Run a study at one location or at all of them. Each location has its own page and its own place on the map, so people find the studies running near them.
Whichever location they choose, every application lands in the same list for your team, with the site they picked.
- Psoriasis study, at all three locations
- Asthma study, at two
- Migraine study, at one
And a platform to run it all
One place for your whole team, on any device.
- Studies
- Import from ClinicalTrials.gov: the page and the questions are drafted for you to review. Publish when ready.
- Questionnaires
- Add, edit and order pre-screening questions, and say which answer qualifies.
- Candidates
- Everyone who applied, verified and pre-screened, with their answers, filtered and searched.
- Locations
- Every site that runs a study, with its address and phone, each on the map for people nearby.
- Your team
- Invite coordinators by email, and add or remove their access at any time.
- Branding
- Your logo and colors on every page, so it looks like your site, not ours.
- Dashboard
- New candidates, who to call back, and what needs attention, at a glance.
- Reach
- People who told LocalTrial what they're looking for see your study among their suggestions when it fits them.
Your data, your AI
Bring your own AI to your recruiting
LocalTrial speaks MCP, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to live data. Connect the assistant your team already uses, and ask.
- Ask in plain language
- Who qualified this week but hasn't been called? Which study is filling slowest? Ask, and the answer comes from your live recruiting data.
- The assistant you like
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or anything else that speaks MCP, the open standard for connecting AI to live data. Connect it once.
- You stay in control
- The assistant sees what your account can, and nothing from any other site. You choose who connects, and can disconnect any time.
Who qualified for the psoriasis study this week but hasn't been called yet?
Three candidates answered every question as qualifying and are still marked new:
- Maria G.Downtown · applied Mon
- James T.Northside · applied Tue
- Ana R.Lakeview · applied Thu

Questions sites ask
What is a study landing page?
A page for one study, written for the people you want to reach: what it involves, who can take part and where. It is where they apply and answer your pre-screening questions.
Why does a study need its own page?
People decide in minutes. A page that answers their questions in plain words, and lets them apply on the spot, turns interest into candidates you can call.
Do I have to write the pages myself?
No. Import a study from ClinicalTrials.gov and we draft the page in plain words, and suggest pre-screening questions from its eligibility criteria. You review and edit everything before it is published, and the page links to the official record.
What does it cost?
$99 a month for each study you run at once. Choose how many, start with one if you like, and change the number any month. Prepare as many studies as you want in the meantime: the number is how many are published at the same time. Your first six months are free, from the day you join.
Why is it free?
We are building LocalTrial together with our first sites. Six months gives you time to see results before you pay anything, and gives us time to get it right with you. You talk directly to the people who build it.
What happens after six months?
We remind you a month before your free months end. Then you choose how many studies to keep running, at $99 each a month. If you don't want to continue, you owe nothing.
Why invitation only?
So every site that joins gets real attention while LocalTrial is young, and so we grow one area at a time, where volunteers find several studies near them. We are starting in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties, Florida.
We're outside South Florida. Can we join?
Request an invitation anyway. We keep your request, and write to you when we open your area.
Can I share my study pages on social media?
Yes. Every page has its own link, made for sharing on social media, by email or by text, and in print.
What happens when a volunteer applies?
They confirm their phone number, answer your pre-screening questions, and appear in your candidate list with their answers. You are notified, and call them.
Will other sites see my volunteers?
No. Only your team sees who applied to your studies; no other site can see who they are, or that they applied at all. Volunteers who ask LocalTrial to suggest studies may be shown other studies near them, just as they are shown yours.
Can I use AI with my recruiting data?
Yes. Connect the AI assistant your team already uses, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and ask about your studies and candidates in plain language. It sees only your organization's data, and you can disconnect it any time.
Need more volunteers?
Tell us about your organization. Founding sites in South Florida get their first six months free.
